SHRI. RAMESH GUPTA Born in 1941 and educated at Hindu College and FMS, Delhi. Mr. Gupta serves as the Chairman of Asian Directory Publishers Association, a body of 17 directory publishers countries from Asia Pacific Region including Telstra,, Indonesia Telecom, Hongkong Telecom and others. He is also CMD Tej Quebecor Printing Limited, a directory printing plant in collaboration with one of the largest printers in the world Quebecor World Inc., Canada. A poet, he holds membership of several important committees including Press Council of India, All India Newspaper Editors Conference, the Free Ads Paper International Association and the Yellow Pages Publishers Association of USA, etc. As President- Mr. Gupta provides leadership and guidance to activities of LKS.
Mrs. Harita Gupta is a Senior IT professional and has done her Masters from IIT Delhi in 1984. As the General Secretary of Lok Kalyan Samiti – she is focused on taking forward the vision of our founder Late Shri. Kalyan Singh Gupta. On becoming the General Secretary in August 2007 she is working towards transforming the Samiti into a World Class facility for "Eye Care" & "Child Education" for the Needy. She received the National Award for Child Welfare 2009 from former President Smt. Pratibha Patil.
Born in1952 and educated at St. Stephen's college, Delhi, Mr Dinesh Dayal is son of Late Sh. Maheshwar Dayal one of the founding pillars of Lok Kalyan Samiti along with Smt. Sucheta Kripalani and Sh. K.S. Gupta. He runs his own business and is also associated with the management activities of St. Stephen's college. After his father, he is actively participating in the functioning of Lok Kalyan Samiti since 1993. He has been a strong supporter and guide for LKS.
She is an International Expert on Forensic Auditing and Anti-corruption issues in India and extensively worked with and advised Multilateral Institutions such as The World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other institutions & INGOs in Development Sector. Over 25 years, she has held leadership roles in Americas, Europe and Asia. She also held additional portfolio of “Diversity and Inclusion” while acting as Partner and National Leader for Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services for Ernst & Young India during 2007-2010.
In 2010 she was invited in personal capacity by India’s Central Vigilance Commission to provide invaluable counsel in the drafting of the country’s first “National Anti-Corruption Strategy”. In 2013 Navita co-developed a comprehensive framework of Fraud Prediction Model for Government of India invited as a domain expert for Serious Fraud Investigation Office, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. She was the first “Lead Forensic Specialist” for the World Bank. In 2015-2016 she advised Government of Nepal on a PFM project funded by ADB, DFID and EU as an International Expert on Oversight-Accountability & Internal Audit.
She has served as Member of the Board of SOS Children’s Villages of India and Swiss INGO ‘terre des homies Schweiz’. She is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Dipti is the Chairman of the Hansuttam Group and heads the Board of Directors. He has close to three decades of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Strategic & Financial advisory business.
Dipti is responsible for setting the Group's vision and strategy, driving overall execution, managing the team, and providing guidance and advice to all the Group’s clients. He is also responsible for the company’s key external relationships with strategic and financial partners.
Dipti advises promoters in the areas of project development based on PPP models for large infrastructure assets, linking up consortium stakeholders, raising funds for them, structuring transactions, and devising entry strategies for international organizations looking to India as an investment destination. Dipti has a track record of having advised or raised funds for multi-billion-dollar projects in urban transport, aviation, power, oil & gas, and real estate
Over the past decade, Dipti has been an active speaker at domestic and international seminars. He has authored and presented papers at workshops and conferences on the topic of infrastructure, real estate funds, REITS, infrastructure funds etc.
Mr. Nirmal K Nigam was born in 1953 and has completed his education at Delhi University’s ARSD college. He is a retired professional from The Times Group’s (The Times of India) Results and Marketing department. His association with LKS is extensive and continues from the time his father was one of the Founding member of this association.
